Clear rules

When is cashback credited?

Once an order reaches the status “Completed”. The rate follows the tier in force at that moment.

What amount is cashback based on?

The amount actually paid for the goods, after discount codes and points, excluding delivery.

What happens if an order is cancelled?

Points you spent return to your account automatically. Any cashback already credited is reversed.

Can points be combined with a discount code?

Yes. The code applies first, then points can cover up to 20% of the discounted goods value.

Do points expire?

In the current version of the programme points have no expiry date. If the rules change, members will be told in advance.
