Once an order is placed we check the availability of the chosen size and colour, confirm the delivery details and agree the dispatch date. Delivery costs follow the carrier's price list and are shown before payment.

Cash on delivery is available now. Online payments go live as soon as the payment provider is connected.

Before your parcel is sent we get in touch to confirm the piece, colour, size, amount and delivery address.

When do I pay for the order?
With cash on delivery — when you collect the parcel. With online payment — right after the order is placed.
How do I find out the delivery cost?
It follows the carrier's price list and is shown before you confirm the order. Above PLN 300.00 delivery within Poland is free.
I am not sure about the size — what should I do?
Check the size guide on the product page; every measurement is taken on the finished garment. You can also write to us before buying.
Do you ship outside Poland?
Yes, we ship to selected European Union countries. Cost and delivery time are agreed individually when the order is confirmed.
Where do I find my order number?
It appears on the confirmation page immediately after the order is placed.
